La manovra di Mario Monti arriva alla Camera. Sigma 18-125mm on Canon d40? | Canon D40

I'm looking presumptuous to buy a digital SLR and all the things facing the camera options / lens. Choice of the camera is more or less reduced - Canon 40D, but the goal is a stubborn for me D40 is available as a kit with the Canon EF 28-135mm f3.5-5.6 IS USM and they all cost a c incriminating evidence active today.
