No, there is no regular boat from Norway to Halifax. If GUV to the port of Halifax and ask around you may be able to find a ship that could carry you.

In world war one, how long would it take (by boat) to go from Halifax to Britain?

by Supersarah! | Posted in History

I am doing a grammar project, and i need to know how long it would take to get to Britain from Halifax in 1915?? Please refrain from!

Thank you :)

That's a very compelling question. I would think that the speed would be about the same but the time would be longer.

As British ships entered sub invested waters they would sig-zag to it is hoped avoid torpedoes. I'm sure this would delay the shipping pass.
