I have a version from Winnipeg Manitoba there a cat named buddy who has been stuck in a tree for three days and i have no assistance from city to get him down. I phoned winnipeg police fire department, manitoba hydro, pet controll, winnipeg humane people and no one will help.

I notion of you are right - it is abuse to keep that poor cat stuck up there. Get a ladder and get him down. Use dull gloves, whatever. How can you not have done something by now?

When it was built it was the largest photovoltaic generator in the UK, covering up to 112sq meters and generate up to 13.5 kilowatts. He provided CAT and clean, regular departure from tension. In October 2006, the roof has produced 2885 kWh, sufficient vitality to supply eight houses and saved over 14 tons of carbon emissions.
